Nicework is looking for a business development person to help us establish viability and then grow in the web3 market in the US market. We have a great network in Africa and the Gulf region and want to deepen our connection in the US.


We are looking for people with relationships and connections in the venture-backed start-up ecosystem, technology entrepreneurs and VCs or portfolio companies.

You will be helping us find companies who need help with defining purpose, differentiated positioning, branding, marketing, Go-to-market and Web3 community build & maintenance. You will need to find the companies, uncover their needs and validate their budget. We will be able to help with presentation collateral, proposals and putting experts into the room if the need arises. We have great IP and field-tested prices and models ready to take to market.

Start-ups ready to scale
Having you proven their idea, found a market and gotten access to capital. We help differentiate, brand and connect to the people who matter

Companies at an inflexion point (Think EO and YPO)
Their current brand does not fit who they are today. Their industry has evolved and you are breaking into new ground. We help to refresh their brand, refine their message and connect to existing customers and new markets

VCs + Portfolio companies
People who have multiple companies in their portfolio. We help their portfolio companies to put their best foot forward, from branding to positioning and sales deck to help them find people who care and scale.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Finding potential clients for Nicework

  • Establishing a need and working with us to put together a proposal

  • Establishing if they have budget available and who are the team responsible for deploying it

  • Managing the relationship


Bonus points:

  • Knowing about digital advertising, NFTS, streaming technology, and what is happening in Silicon Valley

  • Have bought some Ethereum

  • Can introduce us to A-list celebrities and influencers to bolster our follower count

  • You know what WAGMI, LFG and IYKYK means (we might have already established this)
